Reports To: Sales Director / Regional Sales Manager
Education: Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or related field
Experience: 7–15 years in HVAC sales, specifically ventilation / air systems
Skills: Technical sales, project bidding, client relationship management, HVAC design knowledge
Key Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and pursue business opportunities for ventilation and HVAC systems
Prepare and present technical proposals, quotations, and system designs to clients
Collaborate with engineering teams to develop optimal ventilation solutions per client needs
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with key accounts (developers, MEP contractors, consultants)
Manage the sales cycle from pre-sales through project handover
Provide technical support and clarifications during project execution
Monitor and achieve sales targets, KPIs, and business growth plans
Attend technical meetings, project review sessions, and site visits
Maintain strong relationships with clients, industry consultants, and partner firms
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong technical expertise in ventilation systems, HVAC, and MEP
Proven sales experience in HVAC / building systems or related technical domain
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
Ability to interpret HVAC drawings, specifications, and system requirements
Strong business acumen and customer-oriented mindset
Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently
Experience working with MEP consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders
