Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue business opportunities for ventilation and HVAC systems

  • Prepare and present technical proposals, quotations, and system designs to clients

  • Collaborate with engineering teams to develop optimal ventilation solutions per client needs

  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with key accounts (developers, MEP contractors, consultants)

  • Manage the sales cycle from pre-sales through project handover

  • Provide technical support and clarifications during project execution

  • Monitor and achieve sales targets, KPIs, and business growth plans

  • Attend technical meetings, project review sessions, and site visits
