As a Senior Architect in Dubai, you will play a crucial role in representing KEO in all communications with clients, design consultants, and contractors post-contract award. Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between the firm and clients, design consultants, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct technical assessments of contractor submissions to ensure compliance with contract specifications and design approvals.
• Review architectural and interior design documentation, including drawings and specifications, to ensure quality and adherence to project requirements.
• Develop and maintain robust relationships with clients to ensure their needs and project objectives are met effectively.
• Oversee the delivery of contracted design and construction management services, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
• Manage the development and upkeep of project schedules across all phases, including procurement, planning, design, and construction.
• Ensure compliance with KEO’s internal processes and procedures throughout project execution.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and management skills to guide project teams and foster a collaborative work environment.
• Utilize effective communication skills to convey project updates and requirements clearly to all stakeholders.
• Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Monitor financial objectives of projects and programs, ensuring they are met consistently.

Qualifications & Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture is required.
• A minimum of 12 years of relevant work experience in architecture, particularly in executing tower projects within the Dubai/UAE market.
• Proven track record in managing procurement processes for large-scale design and construction projects.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Demonstrated business acumen and understanding of financial management in project contexts.
