Job Overview
KEO International Consultants is seeking an experienced QA/QC Engineer to join its team in Ras Al-Khaimah, UAE, supporting a major construction supervision project focused on infrastructure works.
The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring quality throughout the construction lifecycle, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, contract requirements, applicable standards, and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor quality assurance and quality control processes throughout the construction lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with applicable international standards, specifications, codes, and industry best practices.
- Review and monitor Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, material submittals, and other quality documentation.
- Conduct site inspections and identify non-conformances.
- Recommend corrective actions and ensure timely closure of identified quality issues.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and client representatives to maintain high-quality standards.
- Monitor construction activities for compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and contract requirements.
- Prepare quality reports and support quality audits.
- Maintain accurate QA/QC records and project documentation.
- Provide effective communication, coordination, and stakeholder management throughout the project.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 15 years of professional experience.
- Proven experience in QA/QC roles on infrastructure projects in the UAE.
- Strong understanding of construction quality management systems.
- Knowledge of ITPs, method statements, material submittals, inspections, NCRs, corrective actions, and quality documentation.
- Familiarity with relevant international standards, codes, specifications, and industry practices.
- Strong communication, coordination, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
