Job Overview

KEO International Consultants is seeking an experienced Senior Architect to join its team in Dubai, UAE. The successful candidate will represent the firm in communications with clients, design consultants, and contractors while supporting the delivery of architectural and construction management services on major projects.

The role focuses on reviewing design and construction submissions, coordinating project requirements, and ensuring projects are delivered in accordance with approved designs, contracts, schedules, and KEO standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent KEO in communications with clients, design consultants, and contractors after contract award.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.
• Ensure contracted design and construction management services are delivered effectively.
• Review contractor submittals against contract specifications, approved designs, and relevant architectural requirements.
• Review architectural and interior design packages, including drawings, specifications, and supporting documentation.
• Manage and maintain project programs and schedules across procurement, planning, design, and construction phases.
• Ensure compliance with KEO’s internal processes and procedures.
• Support and manage procurement activities for large design-and-build projects.
• Provide strong leadership, direction, and management to project teams.
• Monitor project performance and help ensure financial objectives are achieved.
• Manage priorities, deadlines, and project tasks effectively while working under pressure.
• Communicate clearly with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• 12+ years of professional experience in architecture and project delivery.
• Extensive experience executing tower projects in Dubai/UAE is essential.
• Experience in construction management and post-contract project delivery.
• Previous experience managing procurement for large design-and-build projects.
• Strong leadership, people management, and business skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong project scheduling, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet demanding project deadlines.
