Job Overview

KEO International Consultants is seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to join its award-winning team in Ras Al-Khaimah, UAE. The role involves providing senior engineering leadership, coordinating with clients and multidisciplinary teams, and supporting the successful delivery of infrastructure and construction projects.

KEO is a leading international AEP/PMCM firm with more than 60 years of experience delivering major projects across the built and natural environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage engineering activities within the supervision scope.
• Oversee electrical engineering systems and infrastructure works.
• Review engineering designs, calculations, specifications, technical reports, and project submissions.
• Coordinate with architectural, structural, mechanical, civil, and other engineering disciplines.
• Review the work and performance of design consultants and contractors.
• Liaise with clients, authorities, utility providers, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor technical quality, project risks, and constructability.
• Respond to technical queries and review shop drawings during construction.
• Ensure works comply with approved designs, specifications, and applicable standards.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to engineering teams.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• 15+ years of professional engineering experience.
• Extensive experience working on infrastructure projects.
• Mandatory consultancy experience, preferably within a PMCM environment.
• Strong technical knowledge and engineering coordination skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary project teams.
