Job Overview
TechnipFMC is hiring a Senior HSE Advisor for its operations in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This role is ideal for experienced Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) professionals with a strong background in industrial or engineering projects.
As a Senior HSE Advisor, you will oversee HSE activities, conduct audits and inspections, lead safety training, investigate incidents, and ensure compliance with company policies and local HSE regulations. You will also work closely with project teams to promote a strong safety culture and continuous improvement across operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage HSE activities for assigned projects and supervise HSE team members.
- Conduct HSE audits, inspections, and workplace safety assessments.
- Lead incident investigations and prepare detailed reports with corrective actions.
- Deliver HSE training sessions and safety awareness programs.
- Organize and lead regular HSE meetings with project teams.
- Prepare, review, and maintain Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and Hazard Risk Assessment (HRA) documents.
- Develop and implement integrated Quality, Health, Safety, Environment, and Security (QHSES) management systems.
- Monitor HSE performance, analyze KPIs, and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, local regulations, and industry safety standards.
- Coordinate reporting and communicate HSE performance to regional management.
- Support supplier and subcontractor compliance with approved safety requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- 5–10 years of HSE experience in industrial, manufacturing, or engineering projects.
- Strong knowledge of HSE management systems and safety procedures.
- Familiarity with:
- Job Safety Analysis (JSA)
- Risk Assessment (HAZID/HAZOP)
- Management of Change (MOC)
- Lockout/Tagout (LOTO)
- Incident investigation and reporting
- Knowledge of local HSE regulations and industry best practices.
- Experience conducting audits, inspections, and safety training.
- Strong leadership, communication, and reporting skills.
- Proficiency with computer applications and HSE reporting systems.
- Ability to work effectively in both office and industrial site environments.
