Key Responsibilities

• Estimate BOQ (Bill of Quantities) for electrical and mechanical materials required for project execution.
• Plan, allocate, and supervise manpower and material resources efficiently.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
• Conduct daily toolbox talks covering work procedures, safety requirements, hazard awareness, and tool usage.
• Ensure all installation activities are performed according to approved drawings and documentation.
• Update drawings and documentation to reflect site changes and modifications.
• Supervise technicians and workforce to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with standards.
• Participate in planning and review meetings, providing technical and operational input.
• Prepare and submit daily progress reports.
• Maintain strict adherence to workplace safety regulations and procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Vocational Diploma or Advanced Vocational Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related electrical field from a recognized institution.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in power distribution or transmission projects.
• At least 1–2 years of supervisory experience managing teams and site activities.
• Proven experience in electrical installation works.
• Experience coordinating manpower and site resources effectively.
