Program Structure

The program spans up to 18 months and is designed to provide participants with both broad business exposure and specialized expertise.

During the first six months, graduates will complete rotational assignments across various business and support functions, gaining insight into different departments and operational areas. Following the rotational phase, participants will spend twelve months within a specific functional area where they will build deeper technical and professional expertise.

This approach enables graduates to develop a well-rounded understanding of the business while identifying and strengthening their areas of interest.

Key Responsibilities

As a participant in the Fresh Graduate Program, you will:

• Support day-to-day operations within assigned teams and departments.

Eligibility Requirements

To be considered for this opportunity, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• UAE National holding a Family Book.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Engineering, Sustainability, Architecture, Real Estate, or another relevant discipline.
• Recent graduate or final-year university student.
