Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Campus Management

• Provide overall leadership and direction for all campus operations, academic programs, and student services.
• Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with the institution’s mission, vision, and long-term objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance educational quality and organizational effectiveness.

Academic Excellence & Curriculum Development

• Lead curriculum planning, implementation, and evaluation to ensure high academic standards.
• Promote innovative teaching methodologies and student-centered learning practices.
• Oversee quality assurance processes and support ongoing educational excellence.

Operational & Resource Management

• Manage campus budgets, financial resources, facilities, and infrastructure efficiently.
• Ensure optimal allocation of resources to support academic and operational goals.
• Monitor campus performance and implement data-driven improvements.

Staff Leadership & Development

• Recruit, mentor, and evaluate faculty and administrative staff.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Support professional development and leadership growth across teams.

Stakeholder Engagement & Community Relations

• Build strong relationships with students, parents, staff, community partners, and external stakeholders.
• Promote a positive campus culture based on respect, inclusion, and collaboration.
• Represent the institution professionally within the wider educational community.

Compliance & Governance

• Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and health and safety regulations.
• Maintain effective governance practices and institutional accountability.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Successful candidates should possess:

• A postgraduate qualification in Education, Educational Leadership, Administration, or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience in senior school leadership roles such as Principal, Head of School, Vice Principal, or Deputy Principal.
• Demonstrated success in academic leadership and operational management.
• Strong expertise in financial planning, human resource management, and facilities oversight.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and conflict-resolution abilities.
