E-Learning Coordinator Jobs in Abu Dhabi, UAE | Education Technology Careers. Emirates National Schools (ENS) is seeking an innovative and experienced 6–12 E-Learning Coordinator to lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of digital learning programs across Grades 6–12. This leadership position is ideal for educational technology specialists, ICT educators, instructional designers, and curriculum leaders passionate about transforming teaching and learning through technology.

The successful candidate will provide instructional leadership, coach teachers, support curriculum implementation, and drive the effective integration of e-learning strategies across American, UAE National, and IB curriculum programs.

Key Responsibilities

E-Learning Leadership & Curriculum Development

• Lead the implementation and delivery of e-learning programs across Grades 6–12.
• Ensure alignment of digital learning initiatives with ENS curriculum standards, Common Core, NGSS, IB frameworks, and UAE National Curriculum requirements.
• Support curriculum review, development, and improvement through innovative educational technology solutions.
• Collaborate with curriculum leaders, campus administrators, and IB coordinators to enhance teaching and learning outcomes.
• Promote best practices in online, blended, and technology-enhanced learning environments.

Instructional Technology & Teacher Support

• Coach and mentor teachers in effective e-learning instructional practices.
• Develop and model engaging digital learning experiences using modern educational technologies.
• Support staff in the use of learning management systems, digital assessment tools, and virtual learning platforms.
• Facilitate the integration of podcasts, video learning, virtual field trips, distance learning, collaborative platforms, and online content resources.
• Ensure consistency and quality of e-learning delivery across departments and grade levels.

Professional Development

• Design, deliver, and evaluate professional development programs focused on educational technology and digital pedagogy.
• Train teachers and support staff on emerging e-learning trends, instructional strategies, and assessment practices.
• Promote continuous professional growth in technology integration and digital instruction.
• Support faculty in implementing innovative teaching methodologies that improve student engagement and achievement.

Assessment & Data Analysis

• Lead the development and implementation of standards-based digital assessments.
• Analyze student performance data to support data-driven instructional decisions.
• Coordinate subject-specific data review meetings focused on academic improvement.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of e-learning programs and recommend enhancements based on measurable outcomes.

Accreditation & Quality Assurance

• Support external accreditation and authorization processes, including compliance with educational standards and quality assurance frameworks.
• Work collaboratively with school leadership during inspections, reviews, and accreditation visits.
• Ensure e-learning programs meet institutional and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in ICT, Computer Science, Educational Technology, Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, Education, or a related field.
• Master’s Degree preferred.
• A Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, Educational Research, or Instruction may substitute for a related undergraduate major.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in one or more of the following areas:
  • ICT / Computer Science
  • English Language Arts
  • Mathematics
  • Science (NGSS)
  • Arabic Language
  • UAE Social Studies
  • Islamic Studies
• Proven experience implementing e-learning and technology-enhanced instruction.
• Experience coaching, supervising, and evaluating teachers.
• Demonstrated success leading educational change and school improvement initiatives.
• Experience developing and delivering professional development programs.
• Experience using data-driven instructional practices and assessment systems.
• Knowledge of strategic planning and educational program evaluation.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of educational technology platforms and digital learning tools.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and online collaboration platforms.
• Ability to create and demonstrate effective digital learning content.
• Willingness to complete ICDL and Microsoft 365 certification requirements if needed.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Native-level English proficiency with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
