Key Responsibilities

Academic Leadership & School Improvement

• Lead the implementation of ENS educational vision, mission, and strategic goals.
• Develop and execute school improvement plans focused on raising student achievement.
• Oversee curriculum implementation, instructional practices, assessment strategies, and academic standards.
• Promote data-driven decision-making to improve teaching and learning outcomes.

• Support curriculum articulation and continuity across grade levels.

Staff Management & Professional Development

• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate teachers and support staff.

School Operations & Administration

• Oversee school facilities, safety procedures, maintenance, and operational services.
• Prepare strategic plans, operational reports, and performance reviews.

Parent & Community Engagement

• Build strong relationships with students, parents, staff, and the wider community.
• Communicate school goals, achievements, and initiatives effectively.
• Coordinate school events, community programs, and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Promote collaboration with universities, educational institutions, and community partners.

Required Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Education, Educational Leadership, School Administration, or a related field.
• Teaching qualification and relevant educational certifications.
• Extensive experience in school leadership, middle school administration, or academic management.
