About the Safety Engineer Dubai UAE Role

Parsons is a global leader in engineering and construction. We are looking for a Safety Engineer Dubai UAE professional to join our team. This is a full-time role based in Dubai.

You will ensure all safety plans meet corporate policy and UAE safety laws. You will work on large infrastructure projects. You will protect workers and the public. You will report to the Safety Manager and work with contractors daily.

This role needs strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality codes. It also needs hands-on site experience.

What You’ll Do as a Safety Engineer in Dubai

HSE Management

Implement corporate HSE policy and safety plans. Monitor HSE performance and targets. Suggest improvements.

Client & Contractor Liaison

Make sure client safety requirements are met. Work with contractors to improve HSE practices.

Site Inspections

Monitor contractors on site. Ensure safety measures meet legal and client needs. Review site safety plans, emergency plans, and method statements.

Risk Assessment

Review risk analysis for all activities. Monitor hazard control measures. Carry out HSE inspections.

Reporting & Meetings

Review monthly HSE reports. Conduct monthly safety meetings. Prepare minutes and follow up on actions.

Incident Investigation

Review accident reports. Share lessons learned. Monitor corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
