The Role: Primary Teaching Assistant
We are looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team starting August 2026. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality learning experiences that inspire and engage primary students while helping them reach their full potential.

Personal Specifications
Minimum two years of experience as a teaching assistant
Proficient in using ICT tools and educational technology
Awareness of innovative thinking and modern teaching practices
In-depth and current knowledge of the English National Curriculum
Strong interpersonal skills and a confident presence in the classroom
Excellent understanding of safeguarding and child protection policies
Required Qualifications
A B.Ed or BA degree in a core primary subject with PGCE
Proven ability to create a caring and supportive classroom atmosphere
Passion for student well-being, social development, and academic progress
Experience contributing to the wider life of the school
