Job Overview
We are seeking a diligent and reliable Machine Operator (IMA) to join a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing facility in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and monitoring production machinery to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing operations while adhering to quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure consistent output and efficiency
Perform CLIRT (Clean, Lubricate, Inspect, Retighten) activities as per the approved checklist
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure smooth machine functioning
Conduct routine checks and basic maintenance to minimize downtime
Maintain high standards of product quality, hygiene, and workplace safety
Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production targets
Accurately report machine issues, breakdowns, or deviations
Comply with shift schedules and operational requirements as needed
Requirements
Previous experience as a Machine Operator in FMCG or a related manufacturing industry is preferred
Basic mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience with production machinery
Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions
Good physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods
Willingness to work in shifts when required
Reliable, punctual, and proactive work attitude
