The Internal Control Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring the company’s internal control framework. You will assess risks, lead internal audits, identify control gaps, recommend improvements, and ensure that all business units adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and update internal control policies and procedures to strengthen compliance and operational effectiveness.
Assess business processes and workflows to identify control weaknesses and recommend corrective actions.
Plan and perform internal audits across financial, operational, and compliance functions.
Execute risk assessments to pinpoint high-risk processes and design preventive controls.
Investigate control failures and irregularities, prepare audit findings, and monitor resolution progress.
Prepare internal control reports for monthly, quarterly, and annual management reviews.
Coordinate with finance, supply chain, HR, and other departments to enhance control environments.
Conduct training and awareness sessions on compliance and internal control best practices.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent).
Proven experience in internal control, internal audit, risk management, or compliance roles.
Strong knowledge of corporate control frameworks, audit processes, and risk assessment methodologies.
Excellent analytical, investigative, and reporting skills with strong attention to detail.
Effective communication and leadership abilities to work with cross-functional teams and senior management.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and problem-solving mindset.

Salary & Benefits (Market Insight)
