Key Responsibilities
Manage and respond to helpdesk tickets — diagnose and resolve technical issues for users.
Provide support for computer hardware/software problems, network issues, and basic IT troubleshooting.
Escalate complex issues when necessary and coordinate with higher-level IT or technical teams.
Maintain documentation of issues, solutions, and support logs.
Communicate clearly with users in Arabic and English and ensure timely resolution of support requests.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma.
1–3 years’ experience in IT support / helpdesk roles.
Knowledge of helpdesk ticketing systems.
Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to handle common IT problems.
Fluency in Arabic and English (written + verbal) — mandatory.
Good communication and service-oriented attitude.
Estimated Salary & Benefits
Average monthly salary for IT support / helpdesk roles in Kuwait: ~ KWD 510–564/month.
For entry-level / 1–3 years experience, expect closer to the lower-end (~ KWD 500–580/month) depending on employer, skills, and responsibilities.
