Required Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Professional attitude, confidentiality, and time management.
Ability to multitask and handle pressure.
Good English language skills; Arabic is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Manage office communications, including emails, calls, and internal correspondence.
Prepare, format, and organize documents, reports, and records.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and calendars.
Maintain filing systems (digital and physical) for easy retrieval.
Assist with travel arrangements, bookings, and itinerary preparation.
Support management with administrative tasks and document follow-ups.
Handle visitor reception, inquiries, and office protocol.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.
