Secretary Job in Sharjah

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

  • Professional attitude, confidentiality, and time management.

  • Ability to multitask and handle pressure.

  • Good English language skills; Arabic is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage office communications, including emails, calls, and internal correspondence.

  • Prepare, format, and organize documents, reports, and records.

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and calendars.

  • Maintain filing systems (digital and physical) for easy retrieval.

  • Assist with travel arrangements, bookings, and itinerary preparation.

  • Support management with administrative tasks and document follow-ups.

  • Handle visitor reception, inquiries, and office protocol.

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.
