Female Physiotherapist

Job Overview 

We are seeking a compassionate and qualified Female Physiotherapist to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing patients’ physical conditions, designing and implementing individualized physiotherapy treatment plans, and providing rehabilitative care to clients — supporting recovery from injuries, improving mobility, and enhancing overall wellness.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical health, mobility, functional limitations, and rehabilitation needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans including exercises, manual therapy, massage, mobility training, and other physiotherapy modalities.

• Monitor patient progress, evaluate outcomes, adjust treatment plans as needed, and document therapy sessions and patient progress reports.

• Educate patients — and where applicable, their families or caregivers — on exercises, posture correction, home-care plans, injury prevention, and wellness maintenance.

• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals (doctors, therapists) for multidisciplinary treatment when required.

• Maintain hygiene and safety standards, manage equipment, and ensure compliance with clinical protocols and rehabilitation guidelines.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Physiotherapy or a related field.

• 2–3 years of practical experience in physiotherapy, rehabilitation, or a related clinical setting (as per job listing).

• Strong knowledge of physiotherapy principles: manual therapy, exercise prescription, injury rehabilitation, mobility training, patient assessment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interact with patients compassionately and professionally.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, maintain accurate records, and adapt treatment plans to patient needs.

• Commitment to patient confidentiality, ethical practices, and adherence to clinical safety and quality standards.

Salary & Benefits (Estimated / Market Insight)
