Position Summary

You’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality lessons aligned with IB and IGCSE curriculums. You are expected to plan and deliver classes, design instructional materials for Internal Assessments (IAs) and Extended Essays (EEs), and work one-on-one with students to support their academic progress. You will also communicate with parents to provide regular updates and feedback on student performance.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant subject (e.g., Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Economics) and a solid track record of 3–7 years teaching experience in international curricula (IB, IGCSE, A Levels). Prior experience in delivering both in-person and online lessons is highly valued. You should be organized, proactive, and comfortable supporting students in preparing for IB Internal Assessments and Extended Essays. Excellent communication skills with students and parents are required, along with a commitment to academic excellence and student growth.

Compensation & Benefits

The salary for this role is BHD 300–400 per month, depending on your level of expertise and subject specialization. Beyond this base salary, Amourion may offer additional support depending on your experience, contract terms, and whether the role involves in-person or remote tutoring.
