Role Overview
As Technical Sales Engineer, you will serve as the technical bridge between Gulf Cryo’s production team and its clientele. Your daily responsibilities will include analyzing customer requirements, recommending suitable gas solutions, and preparing technical proposals. You will also lead customer visits, conduct product demonstrations, and support the sales team by providing technical direction. Your efforts will help clients make informed decisions and strengthen Gulf Cryo’s long-term relationships in industrial, healthcare, and specialty sectors.
Your Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be an engineer (mechanical, chemical, or related discipline) with 3–8 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in gases, industrial equipment, or process industries. You should be proficient in understanding gas properties, process applications, and safety standards. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential, as is experience preparing technical offers and negotiating with clients. Familiarity with technical software and a consultative sales mindset will help you succeed in this role.
Compensation & Benefits
Based on comparable technical-sales roles in Kuwait’s engineering and gas sectors, the expected monthly salary for this position ranges between KWD 700 – 1,100, depending on experience and performance.
