In this role, you will act as a key support figure for both the administrative and marketing departments. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, combined with 1–3 years of experience in administrative or marketing roles. You should be confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and have familiarity with basic marketing tools such as email marketing platforms or social media. Excellent communication, multitasking ability, and strong organizational skills are critical as you navigate between administrative duties and marketing tasks. Your analytical mindset will help in evaluating campaign effectiveness, while your interpersonal skills will help in liaising with internal teams and external partners.
