Job Overview
We are hiring a Lady Teacher to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students, developing lesson plans, and contributing to the overall academic growth and positive school culture.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons in accordance with the school curriculum.
Use a variety of teaching methods to engage and support students’ learning.
Assess and evaluate student performance; provide feedback to help students improve.
Maintain class discipline and ensure a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment.
Communicate with parents/guardians about student progress and concerns.
Participate in school events and extracurricular activities as needed.
Collaborate with other teachers and administrative staff to develop educational materials and strategies.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Science, or a related field.
1–6 years of teaching experience, preferably in an all-girls or similar academic environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage classroom behavior and maintain student engagement.
Passion for teaching and supporting students’ academic and personal development.
Good organizational and planning skills.
Salary & Benefits
QAR 5,800 – 11,000 / month
