Job Overview

We are looking for a Real Estate Broker to join our dynamic team in Sharjah, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client property transactions, building strong relationships, and achieving sales targets within the competitive Sharjah real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties in Sharjah.

Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives.

Conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and close deals.

Stay up to date on market trends, property laws, and financing options.

Prepare contracts and ensure all legal documentation is accurately completed.

Coordinate with developers, landlords, and tenants to manage transactions smoothly.

Provide clients with professional real estate advice and after-sales support.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Real Estate Broker or Agent in the UAE.

Proven track record of property sales or leasing performance.

RERA certification (preferred but not mandatory).

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strong client relationship management abilities.

Must have a valid UAE driving license.

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with Sharjah’s real estate market and local regulations.

Proficiency in CRM and real estate listing platforms.

Multilingual communication skills (Arabic, English, or Hindi preferred).

Salary and Benefits

AED 5,000 – AED 8,000 per month (basic) + high sales commission
(Average market earnings for Real Estate Brokers in Sharjah range between AED 7,000 – 15,000 including commissions.)
