Role / Job Purpose
As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and ensuring the safe operation of electrical systems for our projects. You will help ensure our electrical deliverables meet performance, cost and safety targets while supporting project teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities
Develop electrical drawings, schematics and specifications in line with project requirements
Review vendor technical submissions, material take‑offs and ensure compliance with standards
Support installation, commissioning and testing of electrical systems on site
Conduct troubleshooting, maintenance reviews and support corrective actions
Collaborate with multi‑discipline teams (mechanical, civil, instrumentation) to align design and execution
Ensure documentation, quality assurance and safety compliance in all electrical operations
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
2+ years (up to 6 years) experience in electrical engineering within construction, infrastructure or industrial sectors
Proficiency with electrical design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, ETAP, PowerPoint) and engineering calculations
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; effective communication and team working ability
Fluent in English; Arabic is advantageous
Salary & Market Insight
Typical salary for Electrical Engineers in the UAE is in the range of AED 6,000–10,000/month for professionals with moderate experience.
For more experienced engineers (8+ years) in specialized sectors (energy, telecoms) salary can exceed AED 12,000/month.
