Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive Software Sales Consultant to join our team in Manama. In this full‑time role, you’ll be responsible for promoting and selling our cutting‑edge digital products to Bahrain‑based clients — from healthcare and hospitality to education and fitness. As a Bahrain resident, you’ll play a key role in our local market expansion, managing relationships, meeting sales targets, and contributing to our company’s success.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively prospect and identify new business opportunities for software solutions (custom websites, mobile apps, AI‑powered systems).

• Deliver persuasive product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.

• Build and maintain lasting relationships with corporate clients in Bahrain.

• Understand client requirements and collaborate with the technical team to propose appropriate solutions.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.

• Prepare quotes, negotiate contracts, and follow through to successful closure.

• Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to the management team.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 3 – 8 years of relevant software sales experience (selling IT solutions, not retail sales).

• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.

• Self‑driven, target‑oriented and capable of working independently.

• Must be a current resident of Bahrain (visa sponsorship not provided).

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of web development, mobile apps or AI products.

• Experience working in Bahrain’s B2B market and local network of decision‑makers.

• Portuguese/Arabic language skills would be an advantage.

Salary & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: BHD 300 – 500  depending on experience.

• Performance‑incentives based on sales targets.

• Full‑time, permanent employment | Location: Manama, Al Muharraq, Bahrain.
