Role / Job Purpose
As a Sales Representative at Biancanera Fashion Group, you will serve as the face of the brand in the store, delivering outstanding customer service, guiding clients through premium fashion selections, and contributing directly to achieving sales targets while maintaining the brand’s high‑end image.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and offering personalized fashion advice.
Drive sales and meet individual and store targets.
Maintain store presentation standards: merchandising, stocking, ironing, and a clean, organized environment.
Process transactions accurately and handle cash, credit, and returns efficiently.
Stay updated on fashion trends and product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive and positive work environment.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in fashion or luxury goods.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer‑service mindset.
Strong knowledge of fashion trends and visual merchandising.
Ability to operate POS systems, handle transactions and returns accurately.
Fluent in English; Arabic skills are an asset.
Residency in Kuwait (or ability to relocate) as specified.
