Al Noor Plastic Factory is a member of the Abdul Aziz Ben Jassim Group. The company is established in Doha’s New Industrial Area as a manufacturer of plastic film. The factory is equipped with state‑of‑the‑art plant & machinery using latest extrusion, granulating & recycling technologies. Their product line includes low‑density polyethylene (LDPE) sheets (transparent or coloured/tinted) used in applications like vapour barriers in construction, protective coverings, agricultural films and other industrial uses.
Job Overview
We are looking for a Sales Officer to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, achieving monthly sales targets, maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting the company’s growth in the plastics & rubber market.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new customer leads through various channels and follow up on new leads and referrals to generate business.
Achieve the monthly sales targets assigned by management.
Resolve customer queries/issues and facilitate customer service.
Ensure customer satisfaction through regular engagement.
Maintain periodic status reports, including daily activity report and calls/follow‑ups made.
Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics.
Monitor marketing trends by keeping an eye on competing companies in the Qatar marketplace to stay ahead of competition.
Measure and report performance of all competing campaigns.
Analyze market trends and competitive activity to identify opportunities for growth.
Participate in preparing and executing a marketing plan for the market which meets the business plan.
Required Qualifications
Education: MBA or Post‑Graduate Diploma in Business Management (Marketing)
Experience: 2 – 5 years in sales/marketing roles, preferably in plastics or related industry.
Skills: Good knowledge of the company’s sales and marketing policy and strategies; excellent knowledge of product range.
Technical: Knowledge of MS Office software and CRM software.
Language/Nationality: Any Arab National or Filipino.
Preferred Skills (Optional)
Strong negotiation and client relations skills.
Ability to collect, analyze sales information and prepare data & sales reports.
Proactive in monitoring market trends and competitor activity.
Salary and Benefits
QAR 4,000 – 6,500 per month (depending on experience and qualifications)
