Job Overview
Location: Sharjah, United Arab Emirates
Position: Sales Executive
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Reports To: Sales Manager / Regional Sales Lead
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred)
Experience: 0-1 years of sales experience (depending on the role)
Skills: Lead generation, client engagement, negotiation, pipeline management
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate leads through networking, cold calls, referrals and appointments.
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
Understand customer needs and present products/services that fit their requirements.
Manage the sales cycle from initial contact through to close and follow-up.
Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Collaborate with marketing, operations and customer service teams to support clients.
Maintain updated records in CRM, submit sales reports and forecast.
Attend client meetings, presentations, product demonstrations and events as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven sales experience, preferably in the UAE or GCC market.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
Good negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to work under target pressure and achieve results.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Valid UAE driving licence and willingness to travel locally (if required).
