Key Responsibilities
Drive service sales revenue (e.g., new AMCs, add-on projects) while managing profitability.
Oversee SLA, service-quality metrics, and customer satisfaction for the Salalah branch.
Manage the service operations for warranty, AMC, and client maintenance contracts.
Generate fast-track invoice-based sales in the region.
Provide technical support to project delivery teams for regional installations.
Monitor and resolve critical customer issues; ensure consistent feedback and updates.
Lead and motivate a service team, achieving both sales and operational KPIs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Degree or diploma in Electronics / Communications Engineering or equivalent.
Gulf experience preferred, ideally in service sales or technical support.
Strong customer-centric mindset with the ability to understand and respond to technical needs.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
Ability to lead a small team and drive both service and sales performance.
Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Salary & Benefits
Offered Salary: OMR 700–800 / month for this role.
