Reports To: Regional Director / Head of Technology
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Experience: 8–15 years in IT management, operations, or strategic technology roles
Key Areas: Infrastructure, security, team leadership, IT strategy
Key Responsibilities
Define and implement IT strategy aligned with business goals
Manage IT infrastructure: servers, networks, cloud systems, and on-prem solutions
Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing IT team
Oversee IT operations: service desk, incident management, backups, disaster recovery
Ensure IT security and compliance, working with stakeholders on policies and risk assessments
Plan and manage IT budgets, procurement, and vendor relationships
Support digital transformation projects, new system deployments, and process automation
Monitor IT KPIs and prepare reports for senior management
Lead business continuity planning and system resilience efforts
Required Qualifications & Skills
Proven IT leadership experience with 8–15 years in managing technology teams
Strong technical knowledge across infrastructure, cloud, and enterprise systems
Excellent strategic thinking and project-management skills
Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities
Proven budget management experience
Familiarity with cybersecurity practices and compliance standards
Experience in digital transformation and technology adoption initiatives
