Y.K. Almoayyed & Sons, a leading diversified business group in Bahrain, is seeking an experienced Manager for its Aluminium Division. This is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing operations, sales, strategy, and execution across aluminium products and projects.

Their Industrial Building Systems (IBS) division provides Building Management Systems (BMS), ELV, HVAC, and other building infrastructure solutions.

Job Overview

• Location: Manama, Kingdom of Bahrain

• Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

• Reports To: Senior Management (possibly Director of Industrial Division)

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, Business Management, or related field preferred

Role – Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Aluminium Division strategy, including market expansion, product development, and profitability.

• Manage operations including production, sourcing, inventory, and project delivery for aluminium products.

• Develop and execute sales plans: identify major accounts (construction firms, real-estate developers), negotiate contracts, and secure deals.

• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance of the division.

• Monitor industry trends, competition, and market demand to guide business decisions.

• Supervise a team of managers, engineers, and sales staff; drive performance through KPIs.

• Ensure regulatory compliance, quality standards, and health & safety practices in production and operations.

• Represent the company in client meetings, industry forums, and trade shows.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Extensive experience (15–18 years) in aluminium manufacturing, construction materials, or industrial systems.

• Proven leadership of business units, P&L, or division-level operations.

• Strong commercial acumen: sales, negotiation, account management.

• In-depth understanding of aluminium products, supply chain, and manufacturing processes.

• Excellent planning, forecasting, and budgeting skills.

• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management abilities.

• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive performance.

• Knowledge of regional construction markets and major industrial customers is a plus.
