Role – Tailor

• Create, alter, and repair various garments, including suits, dresses, traditional wear, and custom pieces

• Interpret and work from patterns, sketches, or customer specifications

• Perform fittings with clients, make adjustments, and provide excellent customer service

• Handle a range of tailoring techniques: hand stitching, machine sewing, lining, and finishing

• Maintain sewing machines, tools, and workstations in a clean, efficient manner

• Work closely with designers, cutters, and quality teams to ensure exacting standards

• Meet production deadlines without compromising on quality

• Provide input on fabric, trims, and tailoring solutions for custom projects

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven tailoring experience (at least 2–7 years) in garment construction and alterations

• Skilled in using sewing machines and hand sewing techniques
