Role – Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily logistics and operations activities: shipments, imports/exports, and distribution.
Coordinate with freight forwarders, transport providers, and warehouse teams.
Plan and manage inventory flow to ensure efficient stock levels.
Optimize and maintain processes to improve delivery speed and reduce costs.
Prepare operational reports, track KPIs (e.g., on-time delivery, lead times).
Liaise with procurement, sales, and warehouse teams to synchronize demand and supply.
Manage third-party logistics (3PL) relationships and service agreements.
Implement best practices for warehouse operations and transport management.
Resolve logistical issues, such as delays, damages, or shortages.
Required Skills & Qualifications
5–10 years in operations or logistics with a strong track record.
Knowledge of logistics operations, supply chain management, and distribution.
Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills and ability to negotiate with vendors.
Experience using ERP systems or logistics management tools.
Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive operational decisions.
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
