Location: Seeb, Oman
Type: Full-Time, Live-In or Live-Out (depending on employer)
Reports To: Parents / Household Head
Education: Preferably a Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, or a related field
Experience: 3–5 years working as a governess, tutor, or in a similar childcare / educational support role
Nationality: Native English speaker preferred
Key Responsibilities
Provide English-language education and support to the children (reading, writing, speaking).
Assist with school homework, assignments, and test preparation.
Plan and implement age-appropriate learning activities to foster intellectual and personal growth.
Help with social, emotional, and behavioral development, instilling good manners and life skills.
Organize educational outings and extracurricular activities as needed.
Communicate regularly with parents about progress, challenges, and milestones.
Maintain records of children’s academic performance and personal development.
Occasionally accompany the family on trips (if required by employer).
