Responsibilities

• Manage all daily production operations to meet production targets and quality standards.

• Develop and implement production schedules, resource plans, and capacity forecasts.

• Lead teams of supervisors, operators, and technicians; ensure high performance and safety compliance.

• Analyze production KPIs (yield, cycle time, downtime) and drive improvements.

• Implement Lean, Six Sigma, or other manufacturing best practices.

• Coordinate with procurement, quality control, and maintenance to ensure smooth operations.

• Manage production cost, optimize resource utilization, and control waste.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

• Prepare production reports for senior management.

• Work on continuous improvement projects and lead process enhancements.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Industrial / Manufacturing Engineering or similar.

• 8–15 years of hands-on experience in a production or manufacturing environment.

• Proven leadership experience managing production teams.

• Strong knowledge of production planning, workflow optimization, and cost control.

• Experience with Lean manufacturing, Kaizen, or similar process improvement methodologies.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments.

• Proficiency in production or ERP systems is a plus.
