Role – Architect
As an Architect, you will be responsible for designing architectural solutions, creating drawings and documentation, coordinating with consulting engineers, and overseeing project deliverables to ensure quality and compliance with local standards. You will also mentor junior designers and support the development of the company’s architectural portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Develop conceptual designs, schematic plans, and detailed architectural drawings.
Produce presentations, renderings, and design proposals for clients.
Work with structural, MEP, and interior teams to coordinate design integration.
Prepare architectural documentation, construction drawings, and specifications.
Oversee design development during project execution and provide support on site, when needed.
Ensure designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and Oman-specific architectural standards.
Estimate quantities and prepare project costing in collaboration with cost engineers.
Mentor and guide junior architects / designers.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related discipline.
5–10 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
Strong skills in architectural software: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.
Good understanding of construction documentation, detailing, and specifications.
Excellent communication and coordination skills for working with multidisciplinary teams.
Knowledge of Omani building regulations and architecture standards is a plus.
Creative design thinking with a solid technical foundation.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables concurrently.
