Role – Area Sales Coordinator
You will support the sales operation within a specified territory by coordinating with sales executives, managing client relationships, analyzing sales data, and assisting with planning and execution of sales strategies. The role involves both field work and office-based coordination to ensure sales targets are met and growth opportunities are captured.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate sales activities for the designated area / territory.
Monitor and report on sales performance, pipeline, and territory coverage.
Liaise with sales reps to ensure target achievement and address client issues.
Support customer visits and help prepare for sales meetings.
Manage and update CRM with client data, sales activities, and territory information.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards for management.
Work on sales strategy execution, including promotions and product launches.
Act as a bridge between sales, marketing, operations, and customer support teams.
Provide administrative support for contracts, orders, and client documentation.
Required Qualifications & Skills
5–10 years of relevant sales or coordination experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
Experience using CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
Analytical mindset to derive insights from sales data.
Ability to travel within the territory as needed.
Self-motivated, collaborative, and target-focused.
Fluent in English; Arabic speaker is a plus.
