A well-known and ambitious company in Kuwait is looking for a dynamic Brand Manager to shape and drive its brand identity and marketing strategy. In this role, you will lead brand planning, execute go-to-market initiatives, manage campaigns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business growth.

Role – Brand Manager

As a Brand Manager, you will develop and manage brand strategy, oversee campaign execution, analyze market trends, and ensure consistent brand messaging across channels. You will collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to align brand initiatives with business objectives and drive brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute brand strategy aligned with business goals.

  • Plan, launch, and manage marketing campaigns (digital, ATL/BTL, PR).

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.

  • Manage brand positioning, value proposition, and messaging.

  • Oversee product launches, packaging changes, and brand refreshes.

  • Track and analyze brand performance metrics and ROI.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams: sales, product development, design.

  • Develop and manage brand budgets and forecasts.

  • Build and maintain relationships with agencies, media partners, and vendors.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master’s is a plus.

  • 5–12 years of experience in brand management or marketing roles.

  • Strong strategic thinking and creative mindset.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project-management skills.

  • Experience in digital marketing and brand activation.

  • Analytical skills to interpret market data, performance metrics, and ROI.

  • Proficiency in marketing tools, CRM, and Microsoft Office.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
