Haji Hassan Group B.S.C. is looking for an experienced Business Analyst (8–10 years) to join its corporate or operational finance team in Manama, Bahrain. Job Overview

Role – Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst, you will:

• Analyze financial performance and business KPIs

• Prepare business cases, forecasting, budgeting, and financial models

• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical tools

• Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend improvements

• Support strategic initiatives by providing data-driven insights

• Work with leaders across business units to influence decisions

• Conduct market research and competitive benchmarking

• Participate in change management and transformation projects

• Ensure reliable data accuracy and integrity in all business reporting

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 8–10 years of relevant business analysis or strategic finance experience

• Strong expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills

• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)

• Effective communication and stakeholder-management capability

• Experience working in a corporate / group structure is a plus

• Knowledge of local and regional business practices

• Preferably holds an MBA or relevant professional certification
