Role – Sales Coordinator

You will be responsible for coordinating sales activities, tracking sales performance, managing sales documentation, and supporting the sales team to meet business objectives. You’ll ensure effective communication and follow-through on sales tasks, enabling the sales team to focus on closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the sales team in daily activities, including lead follow-up, proposals, and client communication

• Coordinate with clients, sales executives, and operations team to ensure smooth order processing

• Prepare and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and performance metrics

• Help arrange sales meetings, presentations, and client visits

• Manage sales documentation (contracts, quotations, order forms) and ensure accuracy

• Liaise with marketing, operations, and finance to facilitate sales execution

• Monitor and update CRM system with leads, opportunities, and sales data

• Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and sales planning

• Address client queries and provide timely responses

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline

• 2–6 years of relevant experience in sales coordination or sales support

• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools

• Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively

• Detail-oriented with good problem-solving capabilities

• Fluent in English; Arabic skills are a plus
