Role – Construction Manager
You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of construction projects — from planning and execution to delivery. This includes managing project resources, coordinating with subcontractors, ensuring quality and safety standards, controlling budgets, and driving project schedules. You will lead teams and communicate with stakeholders to ensure construction goals are met efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Lead construction planning, scheduling, and execution of projects in Al Ahmadi.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure alignment on deliverables.
Oversee budgeting, cost control, resource allocation, and procurement activities.
Implement and enforce health, safety, and quality standards on-site.
Monitor project progress, prepare status reports, and present updates to senior management.
Resolve issues, delays, and conflicts proactively.
Mentorship and leadership of construction teams, including supervisors and foremen.
Ensure close-out and handover of projects meet contractual and client standards.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related.
12–25 years’ experience in construction management or similar senior role.
Deep knowledge of construction methodologies, cost control, contract management, and risk mitigation.
Proven leadership and team-management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management capabilities.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects concurrently.
