Role – Regional Sales Director
You will take ownership of the regional sales business: building and executing sales strategies, leading a team of sales managers, managing major accounts, forecasting revenue, and coordinating cross-functional efforts (marketing, operations, finance) to deliver strong business performance and market share growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a regional sales strategy aligned with business goals.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales managers / regional sales leads.
Drive new business development and grow key accounts across the region.
Set sales targets, forecasts, and KPIs; monitor performance and take corrective actions.
Coordinate with marketing, product and operations teams to execute go-to-market plans.
Build strong relationships with major customers and partners, negotiate contracts.
Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
Manage budgets, resource allocation, and reporting for regional sales operations.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
10+ years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing regional or multi-country sales.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and leading high-performance teams.
Excellent strategic thinking, business acumen, and customer-relationship skills.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to analyze data, forecast, and drive commercial decisions.
Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, operations, finance, etc.
Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
