Job Overview

• Location: Sharjah, United Arab Emirates

• Reports To: Store Manager / Area Sales Supervisor

• Education: High School Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (any relevant field preferred)

• Experience: 1 – 6 years of sales or retail experience (healthcare/retail preferred)

• Nationality: Open to all nationalities

Role – Sales Associate

You will welcome and assist customers, provide product information and recommendations, maintain store presentation and stock levels, process transactions and support the store in achieving sales targets. This role requires high levels of customer service, product knowledge (healthcare/retail), and teamwork in a dynamic retail setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers, understand their needs and suggest suitable products in the health/wellness/retail domain.

• Promote products, upsell relevant items and support in achieving individual and store sales targets.

• Process sales transactions accurately at the POS system; handle returns and exchanges.

• Maintain visual merchandising standards, stock replenishment, and store cleanliness.

• Stay informed about product features, promotions and competitor activity.

• Assist in inventory audits, stock takes and store-level reporting.

• Collaborate with store team and supervisors to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 1–6 years of sales or retail experience; experience in healthcare/retail sectors is an advantage.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; customer-oriented mindset.

• Ability to work in a shift-based retail environment including weekends and holidays.

• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with POS / retail systems.

• English fluency; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

• Presentable appearance and comfortable interacting with customers in a retail store environment.

Salary & Market Insight

• Based on industry data in the UAE, the average monthly salary for a Sales Associate is approximately AED 3,427/month.
• For this role at Life Healthcare Group, a competitive salary range would be around AED 3,000–6,000/month, plus potential commission/bonus based on sales performance and retail incentives.
