Role – Retail Sales Consultant
You will be responsible for welcoming customers, understanding their needs, showcasing products, closing sales, and maintaining excellent customer service and showroom presentation standards. You’ll proactively build client relationships, meet sales targets, and support the overall showroom operations.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and engage customers in the showroom, understand needs and recommend solutions.
Demonstrate product features and benefits, assist clients in decision-making.
Close sales, handle payment transactions, issue receipts and record sales data.
Maintain attractive showroom presentation, ensure products and displays are well-stocked and tidy.
Follow up with clients and build customer loyalty, handle post-sales queries.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets; contribute to team goals.
Liaise with stock, store and marketing teams to ensure availability of stock and timely promotions.
Provide feedback on customer trends, competitor activity and product opportunities.
Required Qualifications & Skills
4-9 years’ experience in retail sales or showroom consulting.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to build rapport with customers and deliver outstanding service.
Sales target oriented with proven closing ability and product-knowledge skills.
Good command of English; fluency in Arabic or another language is a plus.
Smart appearance, professional manner, and ability to work in a dynamic retail environment.
Basic computer skills; familiarity with point-of-sale or CRM systems is advantageous.
