Role – Project Manager
You will take full ownership of large-scale projects from initiation through delivery, encompassing planning, execution, monitoring, control and close-out. You will lead project teams across disciplines, manage subcontractors and vendors, deliver on budget, schedule and quality targets, and ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards.
Key Responsibilities
Define project objectives, scope, budget and schedule in alignment with stakeholders.
Develop and implement project management plans, risk registers, and change control processes.
Lead multi-discipline teams (engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning) to deliver the project lifecycle.
Monitor project performance—costs, schedule, quality, safety—and implement corrective actions when needed.
Manage contracts, subcontractors, procurement and logistics to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, authorities and senior management to ensure alignment and communication.
Review and approve project documentation: work plans, schedules, reports, progress certificates, and close-out packs.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, environment, and quality standards across the project site.
Drive continuous improvement, lessons-learned, and project governance.
Required Qualifications & Skills
15–23 years’ proven experience managing large-scale engineering or construction projects in Kuwait or GCC.
Strong leadership, decision-making, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
Proficient in project management tools (Primavera P6, MS Project), reporting, cost control and budgeting.
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Ability to work under pressure, manage complex teams and navigate regulatory/contractual environments in Kuwait.
Professional certifications such as PMP, Prince2 or equivalent will enhance your candidacy.
Salary & Market Insight
For senior Project Manager roles in Kuwait with 15+ years’ experience in EPC/infrastructure, competitive salaries range from approximately KWD 1,500 to KWD 2,300 per month, plus allowances, benefits and potential bonuses.
Given the high experience band (15-23 years) and project complexity, compensation may be toward the higher end of this range or above, depending on employer and scope.
