Role – Project Manager

You will take full ownership of large-scale projects from initiation through delivery, encompassing planning, execution, monitoring, control and close-out. • Manage contracts, subcontractors, procurement and logistics to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, authorities and senior management to ensure alignment and communication.

  • Review and approve project documentation: work plans, schedules, reports, progress certificates, and close-out packs.

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, environment, and quality standards across the project site.

  • Drive continuous improvement, lessons-learned, and project governance.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • 15–23 years’ proven experience managing large-scale engineering or construction projects in Kuwait or GCC.

  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).

  • Ability to work under pressure, manage complex teams and navigate regulatory/contractual environments in Kuwait.

  • Professional certifications such as PMP, Prince2 or equivalent will enhance your candidacy.

Salary & Market Insight

  • For senior Project Manager roles in Kuwait with 15+ years’ experience in EPC/infrastructure, competitive salaries range from approximately KWD 1,500 to KWD 2,300 per month, plus allowances, benefits and potential bonuses.

  • Given the high experience band (15-23 years) and project complexity, compensation may be toward the higher end of this range or above, depending on employer and scope.

What We Offer

  • A senior leadership role in a reputed construction/EPC organisation in Kuwait, managing high-impact projects.

  • Competitive compensation and benefits typical of senior-tier project management roles in the region (housing/transport allowance, annual air-ticket, bonus etc.).
