Role – Real Estate Agent
You will manage end-to-end real estate processes—from meeting clients and understanding their needs, showcasing properties, negotiating terms, to closing sales and ensuring paperwork is complete. You’ll build and maintain networks, develop leads, and provide excellent customer service to both buyers and sellers or tenants.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage potential clients (buyers, sellers, tenants) for properties.
Guide clients through the property journey: viewing, negotiating, contract preparation.
Maintain knowledge of local property market trends, prices, and regulations.
Achieve sales or rental targets and generate revenue through commissions.
Maintain accurate records of leads, viewings, and transactions.
Collaborate with marketing, legal, and operations teams to facilitate smooth deals.
Provide excellent customer service to ensure high client satisfaction and repeat business.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with ability to work independently and meet targets.
Good understanding of sales processes, property markets, and client needs.
Proficiency in English; Arabic or other languages a plus.
Familiarity with CRM or real-estate listing platforms is a bonus.
Salary & Market Insight
Average monthly base salaries for Real Estate Agents in the UAE range around AED 8,565/month, with ranges from AED 3,000 to AED 25,000/month depending on experience, location, and commission.
More detailed estimates show monthly earnings of AED 9,575 – AED 17,833 depending on experience and education.
Given the role’s sales nature and opportunity for commissions, a competitive total compensation could be around AED 10,000 – AED 20,000/month or more, including commission and bonuses.
