Job Overview
Location: Hawally (Plaza Shera, Block/Tunis Street, opposite Canary Hotel) – Hawally, Kuwait.
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time available

Reports To: Workshop Manager / Head Tailor
Education: Diploma in Fashion Designing / Tailoring / or equivalent experience preferred
Experience: 1-2 years of hands-on tailoring experience in ladies dresses / abayas / uniforms
Gender: Open (male or female tailors welcome)
Salary: KWD 180–500/month (depending on skill, role & experience) plus 50% commission on every work.
Role – Experienced Tailor
You will work in the tailoring workshop, focusing on stitching, altering and finishing ladies dresses, abayas and uniforms. You’ll ensure high-quality workmanship, meet client specifications, adhere to production deadlines, and potentially collaborate with design or alteration requests. The role may allow full-time or part-time engagement, with commission on each piece in addition to the base salary.
Key Responsibilities
Stitch and tailor ladies dresses, abayas, uniforms according to design and measurement.
Perform high-quality finishing, alterations, and adjustments as required.
Work efficiently to meet deadlines and maintain consistent quality.
Collaborate with workshop team and follow workshop procedures and standards.
Accept assignments as directed by head tailor or workshop manager.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area and tools.
Required Qualifications & Skills
1-2 years of tailoring experience in ladies garments (dresses, abayas) or uniforms.
Skilled in precision stitching, finishing, working with varying fabrics and designs.
Good eye for detail and consistent quality.
Able to follow designs, measurements, and produce neat, accurate work.
Good communication; able to work as part of a team.
Any nationality; Kuwait residency/visa support provided by employer.
What We Offer
Base salary of KWD 180–500/month depending on your experience and job scope.
Commission: up to 50% on every piece of work you complete.
Free visa (employer-sponsored) for selected candidates.
