Role – Supply Chain Manager
You will be responsible for overseeing all supply chain functions: procurement, vendor relations, logistics, inventory control, demand forecasting, cost optimisation, and ensuring that supply chain operations support business goals. You’ll collaborate with operations, finance, production / sales to align supply and demand, improve lead times, reduce costs, and maintain service levels.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement supply chain strategy aligned with business objectives.
Manage procurement of goods & services—vendor selection, negotiation, contract management.
Oversee logistics operations (inbound/outbound), transportation, warehousing.
Handle inventory planning, demand forecasting, stock control, safety stock.
Optimize supply chain costs without compromising quality or delivery.
Monitor performance using KPIs: lead time, OTIF (On-Time-In-Full), cost savings, inventory turnover, vendor performance.
Implement or optimise systems / ERP / WMS or supply chain tools to improve visibility and efficiency.
Manage risks: supply disruptions, quality issues, demand fluctuations.
Lead and mentor supply chain team, align cross-functional stakeholders.
Required Qualifications & Skills
6-12 years’ experience in supply chain / procurement / logistics roles, preferably with progressive responsibility.
Strong negotiation, vendor management, cost-control, and forecasting skills.
Experience with inventory management and supply chain metrics.
Familiarity with supply chain software, ERP/WMS.
Good analytical thinking, problem solving, process improvement mindset.
Strong communication & leadership skills.
