Role – Supply Chain Manager

You will be responsible for overseeing all supply chain functions: procurement, vendor relations, logistics, inventory control, demand forecasting, cost optimisation, and ensuring that supply chain operations support business goals. You’ll collaborate with operations, finance, production / sales to align supply and demand, improve lead times, reduce costs, and maintain service levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategy aligned with business objectives.

• Manage procurement of goods & services—vendor selection, negotiation, contract management.

• Oversee logistics operations (inbound/outbound), transportation, warehousing.

• Handle inventory planning, demand forecasting, stock control, safety stock.

• Optimize supply chain costs without compromising quality or delivery.

• Monitor performance using KPIs: lead time, OTIF (On-Time-In-Full), cost savings, inventory turnover, vendor performance.

• Implement or optimise systems / ERP / WMS or supply chain tools to improve visibility and efficiency.

• Manage risks: supply disruptions, quality issues, demand fluctuations.

• Lead and mentor supply chain team, align cross-functional stakeholders.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 6-12 years’ experience in supply chain / procurement / logistics roles, preferably with progressive responsibility.

• Strong negotiation, vendor management, cost-control, and forecasting skills.

• Experience with inventory management and supply chain metrics.

• Familiarity with supply chain software, ERP/WMS.

• Good analytical thinking, problem solving, process improvement mindset.

• Strong communication & leadership skills.
