Role – Oracle Fusion Principal Consultant (Finance)
You will lead the design, configuration, implementation, and post-go-live support of Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, plus advanced modules like AGIS, RMCS, Lease Management if applicable). You’ll run requirement workshops, manage configuration, interface design, release updates, training & UAT, ensuring financial systems support business performance and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle Oracle Fusion Financials implementations (Planning, CRP, configuration, testing, deployment).
Provide functional expertise in core modules (GL, AP, AR, Cash Management) and advanced ones (AGIS, RMCS, Lease Management) as required.
Define finance processes, map business requirements, and design solutions aligning with Oracle best practices.
Oversee configuration, integrations with external systems via APIs, interface design, data migration.
Manage user acceptance testing and training; lead change management and stakeholder engagement.
Support quarterly release updates, enhancements, bug fixes.
Mentor junior consultants, enforce quality, ensure deliverables meet standards.
Required Qualifications & Skills
At least 10 years in Oracle Financials (EBS or Cloud) implementation/support roles.
At least 2 full-cycle Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials projects experience.
Strong domain knowledge in finance & accounting processes.
Deep knowledge of Oracle Fusion financial modules, ability to design configurations, manage integrations.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication skills.
Ability to travel, work onsite; strong problem-solving & analytical mindset.
Salary & Market Insight
Offered salary: OMR 1,800-1,900/month (inclusive of fixed allowances) as per job listing.
Market data indicates Principal Consultants in Oman average OMR 2,479/month, ranging between OMR 1,700-3,125/month depending on experience & project complexity.
