Role – Mystery Shopper
As a Mystery Shopper, you’ll take on assignments where you act as a real customer. You’ll visit stores, showrooms, or restaurants, observe staff behavior, cleanliness, product presentation, service speed, etc., then report your experience via an online evaluation form. Each project gives detailed instructions. You’ll submit your reports accurately and on time to help brands improve their service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Visit assigned locations as per project instructions.
Observe and evaluate staff behavior, customer service, cleanliness, product display, and overall customer experience.
Follow the instructions carefully (scenario, checklist etc.).
Submit evaluation reports accurately & on time via online platform.
Maintain confidentiality and discretion — you’re acting as an anonymous customer.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Strong attention to detail; good observation & note-taking ability.
Good writing & communication skills (English; Arabic helpful).
Reliable internet access for reporting.
Ability to follow instructions clearly.
Flexible schedule — visits may occur during weekends, evenings.
Average Compensation Insight
Payment is per visit; fees vary depending on project type, location, complexity. For simpler visits, expect modest rates; more detailed or purchase-involving visits pay higher.
Based on similar roles in Kuwait, mystery shoppers might earn KD 4-20 per visit for simple tasks. Complex tasks may pay more.
No fixed monthly salary; your income depends on how many assignments you take.
